You must be at least 13 years old to use Gainesville Jams. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Don’t share your password.

Content you upload

If you’re an approved artist and upload music, you must own the rights to it or have permission from the rights holders. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host the file and stream it to listeners through the service. You keep ownership.

We reserve the right to remove content for any reason — most often, because we received a credible copyright claim or because the content violates these terms.

Acceptable use

No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or attempts to compromise the service or other users. Use of the service must comply with applicable law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We’re a small platform doing our best. We’re not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here with a fresh “last updated” date.
